I believe this vintage Limoges plate dates between 1892-1907 due to the marking T&V France. It measures about 5.5" inches. It is in excellent condition, no chips, cracks or crazing. It has lovely gold edging and a lavender panseys along one side. If it was pink I would have kept it.
